General Information
- All tours take place at 90-minute intervals and last no longer than 45 minutes.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your tour. If you arrive after the tour has started, you will not be able to join it, and your reservation will not be transferred to the next tour.
- Photography and filming will take place during the festival. Photo and video materials may be used for festival documentation and communication purposes.
- Visitors must follow all safety instructions and treat the buildings and their contents with care. Visitors are responsible for any material damage or loss caused by their actions.
Rules
- At each building, the tour is led by a building guide and follows a predetermined route. The instructions of the guide and their assistants must be followed at all times.
- Animals are not permitted on tours.
- Persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances will not be admitted to tours.
- Persons without a valid reservation will not be admitted to tours.
- The guide and their assistants have the right to ask a visitor to leave the tour without providing an explanation.
- Buildings with specific safety requirements, such as construction sites, water towers, and buildings not yet in operation, may have additional age restrictions.
- Visitor restroom facilities are not guaranteed at the buildings.
Recommendations
Dress Appropriately for the Weather
Dress warmly and wear comfortable shoes. Not all buildings are heated, and part of the tour may take place outdoors. Unfortunately, the organisers cannot guarantee good weather either.
Plan Your Meals
Forty-five minutes is not much time to travel between buildings. Bring a snack with you or plan in advance where you can stop for food along the way. If you would rather not rush, schedule a break between tours.
If You Cannot Attend Your Reserved Tour
Please be considerate and update your itinerary (ticket) in advance so that your place can be made available to another visitor.
This helps us ensure that as many people as possible can visit their chosen buildings and helps avoid long queues at building entrances in future editions of the festival.

- Visas tūres notiek ik pēc 90 minūtēm un ilgst ne vairāk kā 45 minūtes.

- Katrā ēkā ekskursiju vada ēkas gids, un tā notiek pa iepriekš noteiktu maršrutu. Gida un viņa palīgu norādījumi ir obligāti jāievēro.
- Uz tūri nedrīkst ierasties ar dzīvniekiem.
- Personas alkohola vai citu apreibinošu vielu ietekmē tūrē netiks ielaistas.
- Personas bez derīgas rezervācijas tūrē netiks ielaistas.
- Gidam un viņa palīgiem ir tiesības lūgt apmeklētāju pamest tūri, nesniedzot skaidrojumu.
- Ēkās ar īpašām drošības prasībām, piemēram, būvlaukumos, ūdenstorņos un ekspluatācijā nenodotās ēkās, var būt noteikti papildu vecuma ierobežojumi.
- Apmeklētājiem paredzētas labierīcības ēkās netiek garantētas.
Ieteikumi
Izvēlies laikapstākļiem piemērotu apģērbu
Ģērbies silti un velc ērtus apavus. Ne visās ēkās ir apkure, un daļa tūres var notikt ārā. Organizatori diemžēl nevar garantēt arī labus laikapstākļus.
Ieplāno ēdienreizi
45 minūtes, lai pārvietotos starp ēkām, nav daudz. Paņem līdzi kādu uzkodu vai jau iepriekš ieplāno vietu, kur paēst pa ceļam. Ja nevēlies steigties, ieplāno pārtraukumu starp tūrēm.
Ja netiec uz pieteikto tūri
Lūdzu, esi atbildīgs un savlaicīgi veic izmaiņas savā maršrutā (biļetē), lai atbrīvotu vietu citiem apmeklētājiem.
Tikai tā mēs varam nodrošināt, lai pēc iespējas vairāk cilvēku varētu apmeklēt izvēlētās ēkas un arī nākamajos gados pie ēku ieejām nebūtu jāstāv garās rindās.
